About Me
Hello! My name is Luca Giammarino, and I am a college soccer player and healthy food lover. I am from Long Island, New York, and I study and play soccer at SUNY New Paltz. I enjoy playing sports, being outside, spending time with family, and of course, eating delicious food. As I was entering my freshman year of college, I found that eating healthier food would optimize my athletic performance. Therefore, this was what I sought to pursue. Something I did not look forward to was sacrificing the foods I loved, just to be healthy. As my first season approached, I experimented with food with the help of my mother. I found that there were ways to still enjoy the foods I love, while also working towards my goal of being a healthy and fueled athlete. All it took was creativity. After admiring so many other creator’s ideas, I became inspired to share my own ideas and in my own ways. Now, I create content hoping that you can benefit from it the same way I did.
